Shipping 

Due to the bulky nature of some NICKEL.N.CO pieces, a shipping invoice will be emailed after an order has been placed.

Please contact us with your postal details if you prefer a shipping quote before placing an order.

Care 

Each NICKEL.N.CO piece is handcrafted in a small coastal town a few hours South of Perth.

We hope you love your new oversized knitt piece. It has been made with a lot of love...just for you!

If required, we only recommend gentle spot cleaning.

Due to the delicate nature of our 100% Wool pieces, pulls and damage can result from contact with sharp jewellery or rough surfaces.

Pilling can be removed without causing damage to your oversized knitt piece, with a little maintenance it will keep it looking beautiful!

If needed we only recommend to Dryclean your Woollen piece.

Delivery

Goods will be delivered to the purchaser once full payment of the order has been received and if applicable after payment of the delivery fee and confirmation of delivery address.

NICKEL.N.CO will do everything reasonable to ensure a timely delivery (once items are ready for delivery) - you acknowledge that you have no claim against NICKEL.N.CO for items lost in the mail or damaged during transit or delivery.

Returns

As each NICKEL.N.CO piece is handmade, we are unable to offer refunds. 

If you think an item you receive has a fault, please contact us via email [email protected] immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
